Kristi Norris serves as an Associate Director in the office of Pathways to Excellence and has been a part of the team since July 2019. She coordinates the Excelling@Iowa (E@I) platform, which includes a new-student transition survey, an institution-wide referral platform, and several other campus integrations. In addition to E@I, she meets with individual undergraduate students to provide additional support for their transition. Before coming to Iowa, Kristi worked in Fraternity/Sorority Life, Leadership Development programming, Orientation, LGBTQ+ student support, and Admissions. Kristi earned a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Iowa in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Tulsa in 2014.
