Griselda is currently pursuing her M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA), with an emphasis in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies (EPLS). She serves as the First Gen Hawks intern within the Pathways to Excellence program. 

In May 2026, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, along with a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the University of Iowa. During undergrad, she was involved in the Residence Halls Activities Board (RHAB), first serving as a coordinator and later as director. 

Outside of work and school, Griselda enjoys being outside, reading, and watching movies with her friends!
